Most of the eye- related issues are due to using smart devices for several hours, especially when several people are using smartphones at night time. This will also improve the eyes vision for the long term, so don’t forget to add spinach weekly twice or thrice in the diet or else taking 10mg of spinach in the daily life also helps to keep the eyes well and good. If a person feels it is hard to take spinach weekly, he/she can take half a cup of raw or cooked spinach in a day. This will also boost eye health. 

Vitamin B12 Foods

According to the health survey most of the people are facing age-related macular degeneration (AMD) due to their high age( 40 and above ). Apple

Apple fruit boosts vision very well, because it contains a rich amount of vitamin C, antioxidants and phytonutrients. These will help to fight against the free radicals in the retina, protect the lens, and cure wounds in the cornea faster. People can eat this fruit raw and also drink fresh apple juice.
