Unfortunately, several people are not well known about the importance of doing exercise regularly, that’s why they are not interested in exercise.

This will help to improve the digestion process very well because Slow and deep breathing can relax muscles in the intestinal tract to improve absorption.

Breathing Exercise technique

People can do breathing exercises on a flat ground or chair. Doing breathing exercises while sitting in the chair is a little comfortable and easy. 

To perform this breathing exercise while sitting in a chair:

  • First to Sit comfortably in the chair, with your knees bent and your shoulders, head and neck relaxed.
  • Place one hand on your upper chest and the other just below your rib cage; This will allow you to feel your diaphragm move as you breathe very easily without any trouble.
  • Breathe little slowly through your nose so that your stomach moves out against your hand. Don’t take your hand from your chest, it should remain as still as possible.
  • Tighten your stomach muscles for a few minutes, so that your stomach moves back in, as you exhale through pursed lips. Don’t take the hand from your upper chest, it must remain as still as possible.

In the starting stage, people should practice this exercise for five to 10 minutes about three to four times per day. Then later onwards, Gradually increase the amount of time you spend doing this breathing exercise, and perhaps even improve the effort of the exercise by placing a book on your abdomen.
